HubSpot Breeze
Overview
HubSpot Breeze is the AI agent and feature set built into HubSpot CRM. Integrated across all hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, Operations) and the free CRM — an integration-first approach where AI works without additional setup. Its headline agents are billed on outcomes, so you pay only when the AI actually delivers a result.
Key Features
Breeze Agents
The core lineup is four agents — Content Agent (blogs, landing pages, case studies), Social Media Agent (creates and optimizes social posts), Prospecting Agent (sales research and outbound), and Customer Agent (support automation) — plus Data Agent for natural-language queries against CRM data. The Breeze Marketplace adds specialized agents such as Deal Loss Agent, Customer Health Agent, and RFP Agent.
Agent Hub / Agent Builder (the new home for agent management)
On July 23, 2026, the agents above moved into a single console called Agent Hub. Building and customizing agents — including custom ones — now happens in Agent Builder (formerly Breeze Studio), while Agent Hub is where you monitor and manage every agent, prebuilt or custom, in one place. Both are in public beta at no extra cost on Marketing, Sales, Service, Data, and Content Hub Professional/Enterprise, plus Smart CRM.
Outcome-Based Pricing
Customer Agent costs $0.50 per resolved conversation (50 credits), Prospecting Agent $1.00 per qualified lead, and Data Agent $0.10 per answer. All bill only on results, and Pro and Enterprise customers get a 28-day free trial.
Cost is tied directly to outcomes, which makes ROI legible.
Breeze Assistant
The AI assistant embedded in the HubSpot UI. Included in HubSpot subscriptions at no extra cost, it answers questions grounded in CRM data, drafts on-brand content, summarizes deals and tickets, researches contacts, and writes back to CRM records.
Integration-First Design
Unlike Salesforce Agentforce's configuration-heavy setup, HubSpot's AI works without additional configuration across all hubs.
Free CRM Integration
Basic AI features included in the free CRM plan — easy adoption for startups and SMBs.
Pricing
Pricing is now two layers: per-seat licenses underneath, outcome-based agent charges on top.
