Add Depth to Characters
Set this character's "surface goal / hidden desire / fear / contradiction / speech style." Also how they should change within the plot (pasted).
Design Lenses
- Desire and obstacle: what they want and what blocks it
- Contradiction: humanity is born from contradiction
- Voice: distinguish characters by vocabulary, tempo, verbal tics
- Relationships: dynamics and lines of conflict with other characters
Consistency Check
- "Point out actions this character wouldn't take in this scene"
- "Surface contradictions between the character sheet and the plot"
- Paste dialogue and check "whether each character's voice differs"
Caution
AI's drafts tend to become templated. The author breathes in the "likeness." Also take care not to closely resemble real people or characters from existing works.
