Keep Style and Character Consistency
The biggest practical wall in image generation is "producing multiple images with the same character and same world." How you suppress randomness is the key.
Means to Raise Consistency
- Reference image/style reference: specify a base image to align to
- Templatize fixed elements: same wording every time for the character's look, clothes, colors
- Fix the seed: use reproducible parameters
- Dedicated training (LoRA, etc.): train the same character (advanced)
Operating Pattern
- Make a "character spec sheet" and fix features as bullet points
- Paste that spec into the prompt every time
- Change only the elements you want to swap (background, pose, etc.)
Caution
- Exact matching is hard. Decide a tolerance and operate on a selection basis
- Consistent generation of real people raises rights/ethics issues
- Feature names/means differ by tool; confirm officially
