Build a Training Plan with AI
For exercise, "not lasting" is the biggest enemy. AI is good at realistic menu design tailored to your situation and anti-quitting measures.
Planning Prompt
Goal [weight loss/fitness/strength], current exercise habit [none/X times a week], available time [X min/session, X times a week], environment [home/gym]. A 4-week progressive plan that lasts without strain. Include each week's target guide.
How to Use It to Keep Going
- Also have it make a "minimum menu (5-min version) for when you skip"
- Report results on weekends and have it produce "next week's adjustment"
- When it gets boring, have it suggest variations
Safety Cautions (Important)
- Those with chronic illness/pain/history should consult a doctor before starting
- AI can't see your form (correctness of movement). Confirm load exercises with a specialist/proper instructional videos
- Stop if pain/dizziness occurs. Prioritize your body's signals over AI's plan
- Don't raise intensity suddenly. Always specify "progressively" to AI
The Essence
AI's value isn't a "perfect plan" but co-designing "a plan you can keep" and rebuilding it when it falls apart. Use it as a companion, not a substitute for a trainer.
