Proposals with AI: "Structure → Body → Polish"
What eats time in proposal-making is starting from a blank page. The fastest path is to have AI build the skeleton and bring in the substance yourself.
Step 1: Have It Build the Structure
Theme [XX], reader [decision-maker / field], purpose [get approval]. Propose a persuasive proposal outline with the role of each section.
Step 2: Body Draft
- Hand over "bulleted key points" per section yourself and have it write the prose
- Fill in the pattern: background, problem, solution, effect, cost, risk
- Prepare numbers and specific information yourself (don't let AI make them up)
Step 3: Polish
- "10 questions the decision-maker is likely to raise" → preemptively reinforce counterarguments
- "Cut the verbose parts down to one page"
- "Point out where the numerical basis is weak"
Caution
Figures and examples AI produces must be fact-checked (it fabricates). Mask confidential and client names. AI handles logic and persuasive structure; you handle facts and judgment.
